					<description>I must say that I find it completely bizarre that the richest country in the world is so poverty stricken when it comes to education [let alone special education]
I am happy to do my bit for the local school district, the school that my children attend [two of them are autistic], volunteer to do my bit, but I am still completely flummoxed as to why this should be so when the property taxes in the Bay Area are also exhorbitant.
